Getting a good night sleep can be tricky. I’ve struggled with this for years. Here are a few products that have helped me improve my sleep! With the holidays coming up we all need our sleep!

Eye Mask

Sometimes we don’t realize how  much the light effects us. I started using an eye mask about four years ago and it has made such a difference in the quality of my sleep. It’s an  affordable item to try out if it helps  you sleep better. They are easy find on Amazon! 

Weighted Blanket
