    This is by far the most accurate thing I've read all day! I've found that my mind is constantly so busy. All of my thoughts run together and it really prevents me from thinking clearly and getting anything accomplished. I actually just watched a TED talk about spending 10 minutes a day doing absolutely nothing, and I think it's a fantastic way to bring some peace to your mind so that you truly are ready for action. The talk is by Andy Puddicombe if you want to check it out!
