Spring season is coming and everyone seems to be dreaming about holidays, traveling and tons of lovely sunny days. Like all people do, you’d probably thought about this spring break budget and things aren’t that great. In fact, you may even consider staying home and watching endless hours of movie marathon while eating ice cream and devouring chocolate. Which in fact is a terrible idea given the fact that there are plenty possibilities to have a fantastic spring break on a budget.

You can have a blast and make it a great spring break without having to spend a large amount of money. You can escape the winter blues and go on city spree or get this year’s first tan on a lovely warm beach. Here are some cool tips and ideas about spring break on a budget holiday destinations.

Washington DC, USA

Great news if you’re planning to spend your vacation in the capital of USA, the cultural and historical city of Washington DC. Costa Rica

Oh, hello sun! Costa Rica is famous for its breathtaking landscapes and its myriad of exotic creatures, active volcanoes, cloud covered rainforests and crystal bright waters. If you book a plane ticket from early time and look for cheap accommodation you’ll see that a vacation in Costa Rica won’t drain your credit cards down the flustered waterfalls.


Ochos Rios, Jamaica

Playa del Carmen is famous for its restaurants and cuisine and for the fact that people are so nice and relaxed.

Montreal, Quebec City

Austin, Texas

Springtime in Austin is something you must experience. Plan a trip there and you’ll have the opportunity to take a swim in the Barton Springs Pool or a kayak ride along the Town Lake.

    Great post! With everything getting more and more expensive it's hard to go out and have fun now-a-days, even on spring break! Another place I would highly recommend is Atlanta. There is a ton of great scenery, museums and other low cost things to do there. The weather is usually perfect during the spring and summer so it makes it a great tropical like destination.
